According to the Stalking Punishment Act, the police can take emergency first aid measures such as prohibiting access within 100m, but it is useless in front of a stalker who approaches with the intent to punish.



In order to close this loophole, the Ministry of Justice has decided to push forward with a plan to fill electronic anklets for former stalking criminals as well.
