Lee Jun-seok, former representative of People's Power, appeared at the trial in the case of an application for an injunction to suspend the effect in protest against the transition to the People's Power Emergency Response Committee.

In the afternoon of the 17th, former representative Lee appeared at the interrogation date regarding the application for injunction held at the Seoul Southern District Court and said, "I will tell the presiding judge about the procedural errors and the damage to democracy within the party."

Former CEO Lee said to reporters, "I am not thinking about the preemptive judgment of rejection or citation."

At the press conference held on the 100th day of his inauguration this morning, former representative Lee said, "I have been thinking a lot about democracy within the party, so unfortunately, I couldn't properly take into account what the president said."

On the 10th, former CEO Lee filed an injunction with the Seoul Southern District Court against the People's Power and Vice Chairman Joo Ho-young to suspend the effect.

When the Central Ethics Committee of the Party decided to convert Lee to a non-captainer by issuing a severe punishment of 'suspending party membership for six months', Lee took legal action with strong opposition.

Former CEO Lee was automatically dismissed the day before when 'Secretary Ho-Young Joo' was officially launched.
