Yesterday (7th) around 11pm, an air purifier fell from an apartment in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and the police were dispatched.
Yeongdeungpo Police Station's Singil Division received a 112 report that an air purifier had fallen into an apartment complex and was dispatched.
It fell from a high floor, and no one was hit or injured.
The informant, who is a resident, said in a phone call with SBS, "As I was passing the walkway, a falling object fell and made a roaring noise, and debris splattered everywhere."
He said, "There were a few residents around, but I didn't get hit by luck," he said.
The police are identifying the furniture where the air purifier has fallen and are investigating the circumstances.
