Suwon District Prosecutor's Office 1st Detective Division requested an arrest warrant today (5th) for Investigator A and Ssangbangbool Executive Officer B belonging to the 6th Criminal Division of the same District Prosecutor's Office, who are investigating the flow of funds of the Ssangbangbang Group.
Person A is accused of leaking information about the search warrant for account seizure to Mr.
Person B is known to be close with Person A as a former prosecutor.
The Suwon District Court is conducting interrogation of suspects before arresting Mr.
Suwon District Prosecutors' Office's Criminal Division 6 is investigating the process of selling SsangBall's convertible bonds worth 4.5 billion won issued in 2020 by receiving data on SsangBall's suspicious money flow from the Financial Intelligence Service.
