Chuncheon District Court Criminal Division 2 (Chief Judge Lee Young-jin) sentenced Mr. A to 10 years in prison today (the 5th), who was indicted on charges of sexual assault and rigid driving under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.



In addition, it was ordered to disclose and notify personal information for 10 years, to restrict employment to children and youth-related organizations for 10 years, and to attach a location tracking device (electronic anklet) for 7 years.



Previously, A (49), a male activity support company, was handed over to trial on charges of forcibly molesting a man in his 50s with a first-class cerebral lesion disorder from November 2020 to June 2021, and attempted or assaulted several similar sexual acts. I lost.



For the first 1-2 weeks when Mr. A met Mr. B, he called Mr. B his brother and kindly helped him with his daily life, but soon revealed his true nature, and he sexually assaulted and assaulted Mr.



In order to catch evidence of the crime, Mr. B used the timer function of his laptop webcam to film the crime scene of Mr. A, and collected evidence that was taken with difficulty for about 3 months and sued Mr. A to the police in June last year.



Mr. A admitted to the charges in the parts where the evidence was clear and denied the rest of the crime, but the court ruled that they were all guilty.



The court pointed out, "The defendant, as an activity support company affiliated with a disability activity organization, violated trust and committed the crime despite the need to protect the disabled."



He continued, "The physical and mental pain that the victim must have suffered was very great, and the family suffered a great emotional shock."
