According to the airline industry, Asiana Airlines has canceled the schedule for direct flights to Taiwan scheduled for the 5th.

Asiana Airlines departs Incheon International Airport at 10 am every day and arrives at Taiwan Taoyuan Airport at 11:30 am local time, and departs at 1 pm locally and arrives in Incheon at 4:30 pm. operates direct flights between Incheon and Taiwan 6 times a week except Mondays.



As the Chinese military training time was announced from 1:00 pm today to 1:00 pm on the 7th, Korean time, Asiana Airlines will decide whether to operate flights on the 6th or 7th based on the situation the day before.



An Asiana Airlines official said, "Passengers who booked a direct flight to Taiwan on the 5th will be able to change their reservation to a direct flight on the 7th or receive a free refund."



Korean Air, which operates direct flights to Taiwan five times a week, is also likely to be affected by the 5-7 day flight operation.



In the case of Korean Air, today is a day when there are no planes, and whether the 5th flight will be operated has not been confirmed yet.



A Korean Air official said, "We will decide whether or not to operate a direct flight to Taiwan on the 5th of today."
