A 30-year-old man who abused and killed his intellectually disabled sister has been arrested. 

According to the police today (28th), Seoul Eunpyeong Police Station arrested A (36) on the 26th and is investigating. 

Mr. A directly reported to the police at the dawn of the 24th, saying, "His brother is not breathing." 

His younger brother B (33), who was lying in the bathroom at the time of discovery, was already dead, and it is said that there were signs of being assaulted by being underweight.

Police believe the abuse lasted more than a year. 

It is known that Mr. A admitted to the accusation during the police investigation, saying, "His brother starved and beat him because he couldn't control his bowel movements."
