Today (22nd), the suspect in the 'rape and fall death of a classmate on the campus of Inha University' was sent to the prosecution as a quasi-rape and homicide.

The homicide is applied when there is no intention to kill.

To determine whether the suspect deliberately pushed the victim, the police conducted experiments assuming various circumstances at the scene of the incident and reviewed the legal principles, but found it difficult to apply the murder charge.

Police said that they found out the specific cause of the fall of Mr. B through investigation, but could not disclose it.

However, after securing a video containing the voice of the crime from the suspect's mobile phone found at the scene of the incident, the police additionally charged with illegal filming.

In front of the police station before being sent to the prosecution, the suspect said, "I'm really sorry" to the reporter's question, "Why didn't you take relief measures (after the victim fell) and do you have anything to say to the victim and the bereaved family?"

He did not answer the question, "Do you admit all the charges? For what purpose did you shoot the crime scene?"

Meanwhile, at the dawn of July 15, the day of the incident, the victim fell from the third floor of the building and was left on the side of the road for an hour and a half.

At the time of discovery, he was unconscious, but his breathing and pulse were weak, so it is pointed out that the victim could have been saved if an immediate report had been made.

The suspect was found to have fled to his room after the victim fell, dumping his clothes elsewhere.

The scene of a sexual assault suspect at Inha University being sent to the prosecution was recorded in the video.
