Prosecutors, who are investigating the Luna-Tera crash, have launched a raid on the domestic cryptocurrency exchanges.

The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office's joint financial and securities crime investigation team seized and searched a total of 15 places yesterday (20th), including 7 domestic cryptocurrency exchanges such as Upbit and Bithumb, and 8 affiliates of Terraform Labs, the issuer of Luna and Terra.

The search and seizure lasted for about 10 hours from 5:30 pm yesterday to 3 am today.

This is the first forced investigation in about two months after victims who suffered huge losses from the Luna/Tera crash in May filed a complaint against CEO Kwon Do-hyung and co-founder Shin Hyun-seong.

The prosecution is known to have secured the coin transaction details of CEO Kwon and his employees in this seizure and search.

The prosecution plans to estimate the amount of damage through analysis of confiscated items and focus on proving Kwon's allegations of fraud.
