A decision will be made today (17th) whether a male student from the same school who sexually assaulted a female student of the same age inside the Inha University building and then fell from the building to death is arrested.
The Incheon District Prosecutor's Office filed a request for an arrest warrant for A, a 20-year-old first-year student at Inha University, who the police applied for on charges of quasi-rape and murder yesterday evening.
A's warrant substantive examination will be held today at 3:30 pm at the Incheon District Court, and it is expected that the decision on whether to arrest him or not will be made late in the afternoon.
A is suspected of having committed a sexual offense against B, a woman in her twenties, on the third floor of a college building at Inha University in Michuhol-gu, Incheon at dawn the morning of the day before and causing her to fall and cause her to die.
B, who was found collapsed in front of the building, was taken to the hospital, but she eventually died.
