While it is raining heavily in the Gyeonggi area, part of the KTX Gwangmyeong Station is flooded, causing inconvenience to passengers.

Today (14th) around 2 PM, a large amount of soil and muddy water flowed into Gwangmyeong Station from the Shinansan Line railway construction site near Gwangmyeong Station.

Muddy water that flowed in from the first floor went down the first basement level through stairs and elevators to the second basement floor where the platform is located, and some boarding stations and passenger waiting areas were once submerged.
