Person A admitted all the charges and wanted an agreement with Mr. B, but Mr. B urged Mr. A's severe punishment by filing two petitions.



The court sentenced Mr. A to a suspended sentence of imprisonment, saying, "He admitted his mistake and took into account the fact that the victim's injury was not very serious."
