Yesterday (23rd), when the Jungnangcheon Stream exceeded the control level due to heavy rains on the 23rd, the access road was completely controlled at 8:20 last night, but the control was lifted around 9:30 last night.



During the night, seven roads in downtown Seoul, including the Dongbu Arterial Road, were controlled due to the rise in the water level of rivers and streams.



The entire section of Cheonggyecheon, where citizens were restricted from entering due to heavy rain, was also lifted as of 6 am today.



Meanwhile, flights and ship operations were still disrupted in some sectors.



A total of 37 flights were canceled due to heavy rain, including 33 flights scheduled to depart from Incheon International Airport.



The operation of five routes and seven ships, including the section between Pohang and Ulleung, is still suspended.



In Seo-gu, Incheon and Dangsan Interchange in Seoul, roads were flooded, causing disruptions to vehicle operation at one time.
