A male trainee in his 30s who was handed over to trial for molesting a female patient who visited the emergency room and filming parts of his body was sentenced to five years in prison.

She is also accused of illegally filming parts of her body of her Mr. B with her cell phone.

The court said, "The victim eventually gave up on the job examination that he had been preparing for before the incident, and is receiving psychiatric treatment as a result of the shock of this case. "We took into account the fact that the test was independently conducted without the need for examination, and that stool and urine tests do not fall under normal treatment and medical procedures," he pointed out.

The court also ruled that "there is a high risk of recidivism if the accused becomes a medical practitioner in the future, has his own treatment room and is in charge of patient care, so he has also ordered employment restrictions."
