The police summoned and investigated former Captain Lee Geun, who returned to Korea from the Ukrainian War as a member of the 'Homeland Defense Force International Brigade', a foreign volunteer unit.
Former Captain Lee, who is accused of violating the passport law, is known to have admitted to most of the facts during the police investigation, including entering Ukraine.
Based on the results of the investigation, the police plan to send the former Captain Lee to the prosecution with an opinion of indictment as soon as possible.
