A man in his 20s who killed a taxi driver he saw for the first time because he was angry has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.



On the 7th, the 2nd Criminal Division of the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court (Chief Judge Park Nam-joon) ordered A (24), who was charged with murder and pre-murder, to be sentenced to 30 years in prison and to be equipped with a location tracking electronic device for 15 years.



Person A was charged with murdering taxi driver B by swinging a knife in the Gumi-dong area, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do around 9:50 pm on May 14, last year.



Earlier in the same month, Mr. A decided to make an extreme choice because he felt that the neighbors were wary of him and stayed at a motel located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
