Dinosaurs are back in fashion again.

And all thanks to

Jurassic World: Dominion

, the film that hits theaters on June 9 and aims to become one of the highest grossing films of the year.

Here are (no spoilers) four reasons not to miss it.

THE LEGACY OF BAYONNE

In 2018,

Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom

was released , directed by the Spanish JA Bayona

.

A blockbuster that cost 170 million dollars and grossed 1,300 million worldwide.

That tape,

starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard

, showed the destruction of Isla Nublar after the eruption of a volcano.

The dinosaurs lived there after the disaster that was told in

Jurassic World

(2015).

After a final stretch set in a mansion,

the dinosaurs (including the Velociraptor Blue) roamed the world free

, interacting with humans.

Now,

Jurassic World: Dominion

tells what has happened over time.

Claire (Dallas Howard) and Owen (Pratt) take care of little Maisie

while facing something much bigger that they can't control at first and that responds to dark commercial interests.

A story that continues the one directed by Bayona and that left fans of the saga with such a good taste in the mouth with a

commitment to action and character development.

AN OVERWHELMING ACTION

In the Jurassic World

saga

and, before that, in the

Jurassic Park

saga , there have always been images that have gone down in cinema history.

Above all, the action ones, which is why

Steven Spielberg has always been at the controls of these feature films

in one way or another.

Who can forget Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and his flare-wielding run over a fence?

In

Jurassic World: Dominion

we find several examples of this, such as an

escape of Chris Pratt's character on a motorcycle through very narrow streets

, a game of hide and seek practiced by Bryce Dallas Howard's character with a huge dinosaur, a landing full of problems... .not to mention a

simply spectacular second installment of the film

in which humans seem to be very overwhelmed by beings of enormous size... and a lot of appetite.

THE RETURN OF BELOVED CHARACTERS

Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neil

l starred (along with Richard Attenborough) in

Jurassic Park

back in 1993. Now, much later, they meet again in

a film that links their destinies to those of the characters played by Chris Pratt and Bryce DallasHoward

.

Those three actors, already veterans, may have the best lines of dialogue (especially the funniest) in a story that Colin Trevorrow directs and in which he has participated in the script.

Trevorrow, who has had Steven Spielberg as executive producer, has managed to

maintain the spirit of that original film with many nods to situations that occurred between the characters of Goldblum, Neill and Dern

and that, some time later, seem to have reached a new point.

Very attentive to the depth charges that Ian Malcolm (Goldblum) launches every time he alludes to the future or the limits of science.

A MULTIPLICATION OF VILLAINS

In an adventure, in addition to heroes, villains must appear.

Well,

in

Jurassic World: Dominion

the 'bad guys' multiply.

From the start of the story to the end we witness a parade of characters who, to a greater or lesser extent, hide their evil or show it openly.

With this,

the viewer does not know for sure who is on the side of 'the good guys' until after a while.

Which makes the experience full of intrigue.

Overall, the script of this film shows that

the bad guys always pay homage to money in the same way as to huge egos.

So the best advice would be 'sit back and enjoy the show'.

But don't forget that

science has moral limits

and that you will think about it days after leaving the movie theater.
