The 7-day quarantine obligation that was required when a person who was not vaccinated against COVID-19 entered Korea from abroad will be lifted from the 8th.



Prime Minister Han Deok-soo said in a remarks at the Corona 19 Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters meeting held at the government complex in Seoul today (3rd), "Considering the stable quarantine situation and medical response capacity, the scope of daily recovery will be further expanded and the inconvenience of the people will be reduced. We will keep it to a minimum,” he said.



All air regulations at Incheon International Airport will also be lifted from the 8th.



Prime Minister Han said, "Currently, Incheon Airport is unable to respond flexibly to air demand due to restrictions on the number of flights and flight time. We will put it into operation,” he said.



Prime Minister Han explained the background for judging that “the number of confirmed cases continues to decrease clearly this week, and there is sufficient room to spare, such as maintaining the hospital bed utilization rate of 10%.”
