A man and a woman in their 20s who were caught by the police while riding an electric kickboard were not wearing hard hats.
He violated three laws at once, riding two people, without a license, and not wearing a hard hat.

Some people get caught while driving a kickboard while intoxicated without a helmet.

The blood alcohol level is 0.076%, which is equivalent to suspension of the license.

The police conducted extensive crackdowns on personal mobile devices in various parts of downtown Seoul overnight, but more than 20 cases were caught in Songpa-gu and Gwangjin-gu alone.

As the number of people using personal mobility devices increases, the number of related traffic accidents last year was 1,735, more than 15 times that of 4 years ago.
