A taxi driver in his 60s picked up a female customer in Yeonsan-dong, Busan on the morning of the 13th.
After driving for 1 hour and 10 minutes, she arrived at a residential area in Changwon, her destination, and the fare was 57,700 won. Immediately after arriving, the woman pointed to a nearby building and said, "Can I go over there and get some money? 5 It doesn't even take a minute," he says.
