Pericarditis is a disease in which the pericardium, the thin membrane surrounding the heart, becomes inflamed.



The government has decided to compensate for the cost of treatment, acknowledging the causal relationship between vaccination and pericarditis in the case of pericarditis within 42 days of receiving Pfizer and Moderna, that is, mRNA vaccine.
