Considering the circumstances before and after the victim's death, such as knowing that an overdose is dangerous to life, the possibility of killing by a third party is small."



He continued, "The accused murdered the victim by making him eat nicotine-infused food three times in order to maintain an internal relationship despite the presence of a spouse and to handle the property and insurance of the victim husband." And there is a high possibility of criticism,” he said, explaining the reason for the sentencing.



He continued, "The victim helped a lot financially, such as repaying the defendant's loan on behalf of the defendant. "The accused must be kept in isolation from society for a long time and live with sincere repentance," he added.



During the trial, the defendant denied the murder charge and claimed that "the husband made an extreme choice on his own," but the court said, "The victim searched the market price of an apartment to be sold until the day before his death. We also searched for a method, and at the scene of the death, no trace of self-drinking of nicotine juice was found."



On May 26-27 last year, Mr. A made her husband B to drink rice flour, white rice porridge, and water containing a lethal dose (3.7 mg) of nicotine undiluted three times, resulting in Mr. B's death from nicotine poisoning. has been charged with one



Initially, the police investigated that Mr. A had his husband drink nicotine undiluted once, but the prosecution found that Mr. B, who improved after showing symptoms of addiction, complained of pain again after eating the porridge made by his wife. We believe that it will not be a one-time incident, and additional investigations such as an autopsy interview and consultation with a forensic scientist were conducted to reveal the facts of the crime.
