However, it differed significantly with age.



Those in their 50s and 60s were 2.3 times and 1.9 times higher, but those in their 20s and 30s soared to 3.78 times.



The so-called MZ generation, in their 20s and 30s, seems to be more stressed because they do more housework, such as work and childcare.



Also, non-regular women had a higher risk of depression.



Of course, the employment situation is unstable.



Even full-time workers had a higher risk of depression in professional occupations.
