Before attending the inauguration ceremony on the morning of today (10th), President Yoon Seok-yeol visited the National Cemetery of Seoul in Dongjak-gu, Seoul and paid wreaths and incense at the memorial tower.



President Yoon left his private residence in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul around 9:55 am and arrived at the Hyeonchungwon in 10 minutes.



His wife, Kim Gun-hee, in a black skirt suit, accompanied him.



Minister of National Defense Seo Wook appointed by the Moon Jae-in government, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Hwang Ki-cheol, President Yoon's nominee Kim Dae-gi, head of the National Guard Kim Yong-hyeon, and President Park Joo-seon, chairman of the Presidential Inauguration Preparatory Committee, welcomed the president and his wife in front of the Honchungmun.



After the visit, President Yoon wrote in the guestbook, "We will create a nation where the people of the Republic of Korea prosper together and prosper together."
