A court has sentenced a man in his 20s to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for stealing underwear from a co-worker's house. 



Today (10th), Incheon District Court Detective 11 (Judge Jeong Hyun-seol) sentenced A (24), who was charged with theft and house trespassing, to 6 months in prison and 2 years of probation, and ordered probation and 40 hours of community service. I did. 



Mr. A visited the residence of Mr. B (24) located in Michuhol-gu, Incheon in August of last year, tore off the bathroom window and insect screen, and took 4 or 5 pictures of the inside of the bathroom.



Later, in the same way, he is also accused of stealing Mr. B's underwear, which was hung on a towel rack in the bathroom.

As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that A and B were co-workers who worked in the same company from September 2017 to August last year. 



It turned out that Mr. A decided to go directly to Mr. B's house after checking Mr. B's residential address in the employee's personal information file before leaving the company. 



The court pointed out, "The crime quality is not good, such as arbitrarily finding the address of victim B, who was attending the same company, breaking into the residence and stealing underwear." 



He continued, "It seems that Victim B has suffered a significant psychological shock, but he is pleading for punishment for Mr. A." said.
