This is a black box video installed in a special vehicle used to tow an aircraft.

A man from the back of the tow vehicle, while inspecting the car, suddenly disappears from the screen.

Moments later, another person approaching from the back of the vehicle is startled and runs to report it.

This is the picture at the time of the fatal accident that occurred at around 5 pm yesterday, inside the repair shop at Incheon International Airport.

A 37-year-old man, who was servicing an aircraft towing special vehicle in a repair shop, was caught between the wheel and the body of the vehicle and died.

Mr. A's co-workers testified that Mr. A was lifting the rear wheel of the tow vehicle and checking for oil leaks, but the engine turned off and the wheel returned to its original position, suggesting that the accident occurred.

They also claimed that there were no signs or safety personnel at the scene indicating that they were working at the time of the accident.

[Mr. B/Mr. A's colleague who died: It has always become a habit (I have no choice but to work), and there were no signs or anything like that.]

Regarding the cause of the accident, the union claimed that it was due to a chronic shortage of manpower.

The company said it would monitor the results of the investigation, although it was not true that there was a shortage of manpower.

The site of the accident is a workplace where more than 50 people work and is subject to the Serious Accident Punishment Act.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor said that it was ordering work to be stopped and that it was investigating whether the Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents was violated.

It is known that the police also called an employee who was believed to have turned off the vehicle at the time of the accident to investigate.
