Recently, a media reported that Lee Eun-hae and Cho Hyun-soo had been consulted at a plastic surgery clinic in the metropolitan area earlier this year when they were running away from the prosecution's investigation.
It is said that the two took a photo of their face and even got a quote.
The legal community predicts that if these people tried plastic surgery for the purpose of escaping, it would be a crime of felony and the punishment could be increased.
Although it is not possible to be charged with just trying plastic surgery, if it is judged to be an act to facilitate escape, it can have a negative effect on the sentencing.
The police have been collaborating with the Korean Society of Plastic Surgeons since 2013 to prevent more wanted people from attempting plastic surgery.
