At a gosiwon in Incheon, which was scheduled to be demolished, some residents sat up all night long.

The reason is that they cannot accept the demand to evacuate, and they are confronting the police, threatening to set a fire.

It was about 1:40 pm yesterday (18th) that residents of a gosiwon in Incheon sprayed thinner inside the building and tried to set it on fire.

It happened when four residents who resisted the eviction order from the gosiwon occupied the 6th floor of an 8-story building.

After receiving the report, the police rushed to the scene and negotiated for over 12 hours, but no progress has been made so far as the day is bright.

They are known to be asking the police to provide a temporary shelter.

Currently, the fire department is preparing for fire hazards by dispatching firefighters and vehicles to the scene.
