Incheon District Court will conduct a warrant substantive examination for Lee Eun-hae and Cho Hyun-soo, the suspects in the valley murder case from 3:30 pm today (19th).

Whether or not to detain them will be decided late at night.

Earlier, the prosecution applied for an arrest warrant yesterday and applied three charges.

First of all, I am accused of killing Lee's husband, Yoon Mo, who does not know how to swim in the Yongso Valley in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, in June 2019 and did not rescue him and killed him.

The two are also accused of trying to get 800 million won in life insurance in the name of the deceased after killing Yoon.

In February and May of the same year, charges were also applied for trying to kill Mr. Yoon by feeding him food mixed with pufferfish blood or drowning him in a fishing spot.

The two people who refused to testify, saying, "I will appoint a lawyer and start the investigation" immediately after the arrest three days ago, did not receive a separate investigation yesterday.

However, an official from the prosecution said, "There is a lot of evidence that has been identified through the prosecution and police investigations so far," and "I am confident in proving the charges."

Prosecutors plan to conduct subpoena investigations as soon as the identities of those who helped them escape are identified.

Prosecutors are said to have secured related evidence, such as a cannon phone provided to the two by an assistant.
