In one apartment complex, I was informed that the name of the resident and a specific number were written on the fire hydrant in front of each household, raising anxiety among residents, but it was revealed who wrote it.

The incident became known when a photo of a notice attached by an apartment resident was released on an online community.

The resident said, 'The fire extinguisher had the name of a 7-month-old child and a mysterious number 5759.'

When the police who received the report checked through CCTV analysis, it was found that the post office worker in charge of this apartment left a mark.

This employee is said to have stated, 'Registered mail must be delivered directly to the addressee, but the address is often incorrectly entered, so I wrote the name on the fire hydrant for the convenience of delivery.

Police also explained that the unknown number written along with the name is related to the previous tenant and there is no criminal charge.

It is reported that the post office is planning to send a separate apology letter to the residents.
