A CCTV video showing the response of police officers to the scene at the time of the 'Incheon inter-floor noise knife riot incident' that occurred in November of last year was released for the first time.

In the video released by the victim today (the 5th), the scene of the inside of the villa and the parking lot was recorded for about 5 minutes from around 5 pm on November 15, last year, on the day of the incident.

The main situation in the video starts with a scene where the victim, male A, meets the police officers who have been dispatched after receiving a report and goes up to the building.

Mr. A went up together with the police officers who arrived on the 4th floor of the building where the assailant's house was, but after a fight broke out again, a male police officer took Mr. A and went out of the first floor of the villa building to separate the two.

After that, at 5:04:18 PM, A's spouse, woman B, was heard screaming inside the building.

Upon hearing the scream, Mr. A rushed into the villa with a male police officer.

About 9 seconds later, at 5:04:27, a female police officer at the scene came down the stairs, and only victim A went up to the scene of the incident to inspect the victim's wife.

A female police officer even reenacted a body movement to a male police officer that victim B had been stabbed in the throat by her knife.

Afterwards, two police officers, a female and a male, were also caught leaving the building.

CCTV footage recorded outside the building also showed that the villa's front door was automatically closed, preventing police officers from entering.

As a result of the investigation, the two police officers were dismissed after they were found to have responded poorly, such as leaving the scene or not stopping immediately, even though they knew that the assailant was wielding a weapon.

The perpetrator was arrested and charged with attempting to kill A's family with a weapon.

Her victim, A, lost her consciousness when her assailant stabbed her in the neck with a knife wielded by her assailant.

The perpetrator moved to the 4th floor of this villa 2 to 3 months before the incident, and it was investigated that he had a conflict with Mr.

Based on the CCTV released today, the victim's side refuted the explanations of the two police officers, such as 'I went down to the first floor to ask for support, and in the meantime the common front door on the first floor was closed, so I couldn't go up'.

She also claimed that it was not true that she did not remember exactly the situation because of the trauma, saying that she seemed to remember the scene when she saw the scene of the crime being described to the male police officer who was on the first floor at the time.

The victim explained that the reason for releasing this video was not to point out individual deviations from police officers, but to raise awareness of the police organization that had neglected to protect the lives and safety of citizens.
