As you can see, while the police were outside, the victims directly subdued the killer who was wielding a weapon, and they say that the police came only after that.

There is no CCTV on the third floor where the crime took place, so to reveal what happened at the time, you must check the video recording equipment that the police wore, that is, the body cam.

However, as a result of our investigation, it was confirmed that the police officer was not even asked to submit the video during the self-inspection investigation.

Correspondent Kim Ji-wook reported exclusively.

On November 15, last year, the police officers who came out of the villa re-entered the building at 5:07 pm.

The time the criminal was brought out was 3 minutes and 40 seconds later.

The victim claims that it only took the police one minute and thirty seconds for the police to come up to the third floor and take the criminal who had been suppressed by the victim's husband.

Therefore, it is likely that the police officers on the 2nd floor in the middle would hold the time for about 2 minutes.

[Kim Min-ho / Victim’s legal representative: (Police statement) It is that the police on the spot came up to the building and immediately notified the Miranda principle, subdued it and left.

I need an explanation for that empty blank time...

The only evidence to establish this allegation is the body cam the officer was wearing.

As a result of the SBS coverage, the police officer said in the investigation of the prosecutor's witness, "During the police inspection, I said that the filming would not have been possible on the day of the incident because the capacity was full, but there was no request to submit a body cam."

He also stated, "After the inspection, I looked at the body cam and there was no video on the day of the accident, so I deleted the saved video."

The police bodycam was obtained by the prosecution on November 26 last year during a home search and seizure.

The initial inspection by the police was poor.

When the police began to investigate whether the deletion of the body cam video was to cover up the poor response, a digital forensic analysis of the body cam revealed that the video on November 15 was not recorded itself.
