On the afternoon of the 21st, Mr. A, a quick service driver, received a shopping bag from Suwon.

He was asked to deliver his cell phone, but when he received it, the contents were different.

A bundle of money could be seen inside, which was poorly packaged.

[Mr. A/Quick Service Article: Inside the non-woven shopping bag, there was a plastic bag with a bundle of money at the bottom, and there was a bag of cookies on it.]

Nine bundles of 100 10,000 won bills bundled together.

Suspected of crime-related funds, Mr. A reported to the police and headed to Yangjae Station, Seocho-gu, Seoul, where the delivery was.

At around 6:30 pm, the 22-year-old Mo Kim showed up at the meeting point.

While in the car here, Mr. Kim requested the delivery of the goods from the quick service driver.

[Mr. A / Quick service driver: He said he couldn't get out (out of the car) because his leg was hurt.

How did you drive when you couldn't get off because you injured your leg in common sense? (I thought.)]

After a latent patrol car chased after the vehicle, Mr. Kim was arrested.

As a result of the police investigation, it was revealed that 9 million won in cash was received by Kim to sell cell phones opened in his name to people he met online.

It seems that he was trying to do so-called 'cell phone robbery' in which someone else's cannon phone was paid and passed on to vendors who needed it.

However, it was revealed that Kim did not actually have an open cell phone, and the charge of attempted fraud was applied.

Kim, a full-time reservist belonging to a military base in the metropolitan area, was found to have committed the crime after leaving work.

The military police, who took over Kim's recruit, are also investigating the circumstances of the crime.
