A drama production company has been shooting late into the night in an alleyway in a residential area, and there is a controversy going on, leaving the garbage unattended.

Some residents complained that it was a unilateral notification rather than a request for filming cooperation.

Reporter Park Ye-rin covered the story.

It is an alleyway in Juam-dong, Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do at dawn on the 21st.

It looks like snow piled up, but if you look closely, it is natural pulp made like snow.

There are boxes of cigarette butts all over the street.

The Netflix drama production team, who stayed for almost a day from the morning of the 20th to the dawn of the day before, did not clean up after filming.

[Mr A/Neighbors: You left it like this until the morning.

I'm not doing this for the development of the neighborhood, but it's reckless and it's causing us so much damage...

.]

He also said that he suffered from noise until late at night.

[Mr B/Neighborhood resident: I can't sleep well because it's noisy here...

.

Cigarette smoke just rises, and a lot of girls come and scream a few times.

We did (shooting) until after 11 o’clock.]

This is the alleyway where the filming took place.

The production company is planning a filming on the wall of the alley, so they put a notice asking for cooperation, and put it in the mailbox of each house.

However, some residents argued that it was a unilateral notification, not a request for cooperation.

There was no number from the staff of the filming team that was written in the notice to contact me at any time in case of any inconvenience.

[This number is not dialed now.]

The production company mobilized the company to clean it the morning before, but there were still traces of shooting.

Netflix and the production company apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the reason they did not clean immediately after filming was done was to not disturb the sleep of the residents at night.
