On March 14, the Ministry of Electricity, Industry and Information released information from China-Singapore Finance and Economics on March 14, showing that the Ministry carried out “look back” on the rectification of APP infringement on user rights and interests, and organized third-party testing agencies to conduct memory cleaning and mobile phone optimization APPs that had many problems reported by users in the early stage. Focus on testing, and conduct random tests on the APPs that found problems last year. A total of 14 APPs such as 360 Mobile Guard and Super Cleaner King were found to still have problems.
These include deceiving and misleading users to download APP, collecting personal information beyond the scope, and harassing users with pop-up information.
