A man in his 20s who violated the government's quarantine guidelines and was using a karaoke room at night fell to the ground and was injured while trying to avoid the police crackdown after receiving a report of assault in the karaoke room.



According to the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, 24-year-old A fell into the parking lot 10 meters below the emergency exit on the 3rd floor of a commercial building in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon at around 2:45 a.m. today (11th).

In the course of investigating Mr. A and his party, the police confirmed that the karaoke bar was open after 11 p.m., the limit of business hours, and arrested 47-year-old owners C, A, and B on charges of violating the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act. A total of 7 people were caught, including 6 users.



The police are not planning to proceed with an investigation in this regard, since Mr. B revealed that he did not want punishment for Mr. A's assault.



A police official said, "It seems that there was abusive language or slight assault in the karaoke, but the victim did not want to be punished, so we will not investigate the charge of assault, which is a crime of anti-intentional punishment."
