YouTuber Pyo, who injured Song Young-gil, president of the Democratic Party of Korea by swinging a hammer, appeared at the court's interrogation before arrest.

While attending the Seoul Western District Court at 2:25 pm on the 9th, Pyo repeatedly said, "I'm sorry," two or three times before the reporter's question, "Why did the police refuse to make a statement?"

Pyo did not answer questions such as "Why did you commit the crime", "Did you plan the crime in advance", and "Are you sorry for Song?"

Pyo wore an ocher jumper, gray training pants, black shoes, and black horn-rimmed glasses.

He looked quite different from the hanbok he was wearing at the time of the crime.

The warrant substantive examination will be held from 3 pm by Judge Shin Chul-min in charge of warrants.

Pyo's arrest is expected to be decided sometime this afternoon.

At 12:05 pm on the 7th, at 12:05 p.m., in the square in front of U-plex in Sinchon, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Pyo struck a hammer several times on CEO Song's side head, causing bleeding wounds, and was charged with interference with the election campaign and special injuries under the Public Official Election Act. are receiving

President Song was shaking hands with supporters right after arriving at the site of the then presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung's campaign.

Pyo, who runs a YouTube channel called 'Pyosatgat TV', was arrested at the scene of the crime and said, "I oppose South Korea-US military training."

It is known that most of the police investigations refused to give statements about the specific motive of the crime.

In August of last year, Song drew a line on the theory of postponement of the ROK-US joint exercise by some parties, saying, "The training agreed upon between the US and South Korea is inevitable."

In protest, Pyo uploaded a number of videos conveying demands to Song and the Democratic Party, such as opposing the ROK-U.S. joint exercise and calling for an end to the war.

On the 24th of last month and the 5th and 7th of this month, he followed CEO Song and relayed the campaign site on YouTube.
