A drug offender who broke down a patrol car that was dispatched to the drug site and fled, shaved all body hair (body hair) while in hiding to avoid testing for drug residues, but was sentenced to prison in the second trial following the first trial.

According to the legal community on the 23rd, Mr. A (52) administered methamphetamine in his car parked in the parking lot of Geumgang Park in Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do around 10:00 pm on January 20, last year.

At the same time, the police mobilized three patrol cars based on a nearby closed circuit (CC) TV real-time control system to mobilize three patrol cars to the scene, but Mr.

Mr. A said he would voluntarily attend four days later, but he was caught by the police.

At the time, he had his hair bleached and shaved in order to destroy his evidence, as if he was expecting a drug test.

He was also found to have removed all body hair except for his eyebrows.

Person A was found to have been punished several times, including imprisonment, for crimes related to methamphetamine in the past.

In August last year, the court of first instance sentenced A to two years and six months in prison for A, who was charged with violating the Narcotics Control Act, obstructing the execution of special duties, damaging public property, and violating the Road Traffic Act.

Dissatisfied with the verdict, Mr. A at the appeals court said, "I have a skin disease, so I sprayed the drug in the syringe to catch the bugs coming out of my skin." It is unfair to see him as guilty only with circumstantial evidence.”

However, on the 16th, the first part of the Criminal Case of the Daejeon District Court (Chief Judge Yoon Seong-mook) dismissed his appeal.

The court ruled that "the accused has tested positive for methamphetamine," and "it is difficult to say that the accused suffered a disease, and even if he was ill, the argument that he used a syringe rather than a sprayer is not convincing."

In this regard, Mr. A appealed to the Supreme Court on the 21st.
