The number of new COVID-19 cases in Korea exceeded 100,000 for two days in a row.

From today (19th), the business hours limit will be extended from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., but the number of private gatherings will remain at 6 or less.

There were 102,211 new confirmed cases of Corona 19 yesterday, 7,600 fewer than the day before, but surpassing 100,000 for two days in a row.



The number of deaths and severe cases of serious illness also increased significantly more than the weekly average.



For the fourth day, the number of critically ill patients maintained at 300, and 23 to 408, exceeding 400.



The number of deaths also increased by 71 in one day, with a total of 7,354 deaths from Corona.



The fatality rate is 0.40%.



The number of at-home care workers also surpassed 400,000 for the first time, with nearly 50,000 or 401,137.



The government said on the 2nd of next month that the number of new confirmed cases could reach 180,000, and the number of critically ill patients could be more than 1,000, up to a maximum of 2,500.



In the midst of this, the government has come up with a new social distancing adjustment plan.



From today to the 13th of the following month, the limit of business hours for restaurants and cafes will be extended to 10 pm for three weeks.
