  On February 13, Jebsen issued an announcement stating that Xinjiang Huaxiu, its holding subsidiary, recently signed a "film and television program authorization contract" with Tencent, authorizing Tencent to enjoy a total of no less than 6,332 film and television programs within the scope of the contract.   Jebsen’s announcement also stated that the company and its holding subsidiary, Jebsen China Television Network Ju (Changzhou) Culture Media Co., Ltd., did not directly sign a contract with Tencent, but assumed the responsibility of guaranteeing Xinjiang Huaxiu for the performance of the contractual obligations.
