There is a well-maintained grave on a hill overlooking Dumulmeori, where the Bukhan River and the Namhan River meet.



This is the tomb of Chung Se-young, the father of HDC Group Chairman Chung Mong-gyu and honorary chairman Chung Se-young, who passed away in 2005.



In 2006, Chairman Chung purchased 33,000 square meters of paddy fields, fields and orchards in Yangsu-ri and built it as his father's graveyard.

However, it has been confirmed that Chairman Chung has been paying 5 million won each year to Yangpyeong-gun since 2017.



The situation has not followed the executive order to move the cemetery for more than four years, and Yangpyeong County is in the position of not being able to take any additional measures other than the compulsory payment.
