I told you about the case where the hospital director repeated the opening and closing of the hospital four times and delayed paying the employee's wages.

When we looked into how this was possible, it was confirmed that there was a money transaction between the head of the hospital and the building operator.

This is an exclusive report by reporter Hyung-woo Hyung.

Hospital director Jeong Mo, who opened and closed hospitals four times in various parts of Gyeonggi-do, did not pay staff wages.

After opening a hospital in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province last year, Jung received 50 million won from a pharmacist.

He said that if he opened a pharmacy on the first floor of the same building, he would guarantee more than 60 patients a day, so he was asking for compensation in the name of the right.

[A/Pharmacist: The condition was to maintain the hospital for 3 years as an orthopedic surgeon, pediatrician, and internal medicine specialist.

And now I'm going to pay at least 60 prescriptions...

After receiving the money and closing the hospital three months later, pharmacist A sued Jung for fraud.

It is said that the owner of the building where the hospital is located also handed 800 million won to Jung.

An official from a consulting firm who acted as an intermediary between Mr. Jung and the developer said, "If there is a hospital, the building is vacant, so the developer supported it."

He said that 400 million won out of 800 million won was used for interiors such as the child development center, but the space was empty.

[Wage arrears victim (doctor): The interior is not towards the pediatric department at all, and the inside of the developmental treatment room is also empty...

An official from a consulting company explained that at the time, the developer agreed to provide a monthly rent of 28 million won for free for 5 months.

Jung, who had already closed the hospital three times and already owed more than 3 billion won, was able to open a hospital again because he was able to roll close to 1 billion won in money from the building developer and pharmacy.

When Jung opened the third hospital with another doctor in Siheung City in 2018, it is known that he shared 600 million won in support from the building operator.

Jung said, "The hospital's interior construction was wrong and it cost a lot of money to do it again.

Physicians are prohibited by law from accepting rebates from pharmaceutical or medical device companies, subject to criminal punishment and suspension.

However, there are no special provisions in the Medical Act to receive money from the building owner, developer, or pharmacy.
