Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon (currently vice president of the Judicial Research and Training Institute) appeared as a witness today (27th) in the trial of former chairman of the Roh Moo-hyung Foundation, who was indicted on charges of defamation.

Prosecutor Han told reporters before attending, "When the investigation into the homeland (former Minister of Justice) began two and a half years ago, Mr. It has been expanded and reproduced for over a year,” he said.

Prosecutor Han said, "Mr. Yoo and those in power act as if they are an extra-constitutional privileged class that should never investigate whatever they do. I lied," he said.

He also criticized Mr. Yoo, saying, "I call myself 'an intellectual', but an intellectual's calling is to speak on the side of the weak."

After one of the prosecutors, Yoo Si-min, the former chairman of the Roh Moo-hyung Foundation, headed to the courthouse, and did not respond to today's trial, saying, "It's not the day I make a statement."
