At 5:30 pm today, rescue dogs and crews were sent in to search the 27th floor of the collapsed building, and they found bloodstains and work clothes believed to be missing.



Rescue authorities once again checked the surroundings through an endoscope camera around 6:40 pm.

The police pointed to the decisive cause of the collapse of the temporary pillar 'Dongbari' without sufficient structural calculations.



When pouring concrete for a high-rise building with more than 30 stories, there are guidelines for placing copper bars on the three floors below.



However, as a result of the police investigation, it is said that when the 39th floor of the roof was poured, Dongbari had already been dismantled on the 38th and 37th floors below it.



The police have secured a statement from the subcontractor that "the 37th and 38th floors were dismantled at the direction of the site director of Hyundai Industrial Development," and they plan to summon construction officials from Hyeonsan from tomorrow.
