A test page containing sexual expressions has been exposed for a certain period of time on the delivery application Coupang Eats, causing controversy.

Yesterday (19th), an article titled 'What is Coupang Eats?' was posted on an online community.

The author of the article shared several photos captured from the Coupang Eats app, saying, "The test seems to have been released, but take a look at the menu description."

If you look at the captured Coupang Eats app screen, a lot of sexual expressions are included in the menu introduction text on the restaurant page of the restaurant with the name 'Bunsik_test'.

Coke says 'contains 90% XX protein', and hotteok contains a phrase reminiscent of sex.

Bossam is a word that demeans a woman's genitals, and a detailed description is composed of it.

It is known that the address of the store published on the page is not a snack restaurant, but an adult product store in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Suspicions have also been raised that the test page developer may have intentionally used sexually derogatory expressions.

Netizens who saw the page in question were astonished, such as "It's dirty to use such expressions in food descriptions", "I am so surprised at the vulgar expressions that are difficult to put into words", "I thought I was wrong", etc.

When the controversy arose, Coupang said, "We found that an external partner used inappropriate words in the test account and immediately deleted it."

This is a 'news pick'.
