A man suddenly appeared in front of a right-turning vehicle, and was thrown off by a collision.



On another road, this time, the man bumped into a vehicle trying to turn right and even approached the driver and argued with them as if protesting.



It looks like an ordinary car accident, but it was a scam that deliberately approached the vehicle and bumped into it.



After signing up for insurance that pays additional insurance money in the event of a serious negligence traffic accident, Mr. A targeted right-turning vehicles passing the crosswalk even at a stop sign.



When he saw a vehicle reversing toward the sidewalk, he approached and deliberately bumped into him.



A 32-year-old man has had a crosswalk and sidewalk accident, which is a gross negligence, on 11 occasions in the past three years.



By oppressing the panicked drivers, they collected 34 million won worth of settlement money and insurance money.
