Jo Min, the daughter of former Justice Minister Cho Kuk, applied for additional recruitment for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Gyeongsang National University Hospital in Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do.

According to Gyeongsang National University Hospital today (14th), additional recruitment for 2022 majors (first year resident) was held on the 12th and 13th, and Mr. Jo Min submitted the application.

The hospital recruited 7 people in 5 subjects including emergency medicine and pediatrics, and Mr. Cho applied alone to the emergency medicine department, which selects 2 people.

Following the interview on the 17th, successful candidates will be announced on the website on the 18th.

Appointments are based on the written test (40%), interview (15%), intern work performance (30%), and medical school grades (15%).

The written test will be replaced with the results of the resident written test conducted on December 19, last year.

The possibility of Cho's doctor's license being revoked is being raised after the certificate of commendation and internship confirmation from Dongyang University were found to be forgery.

Cho applied to the emergency medicine department at a hospital in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province last month, but was rejected.

An official from Gyeongsang National University Hospital said, "Acceptance will be determined according to the rules and procedures."
