Cement cascades down the building's exterior walls like a fountain.

Citizens are startled by the cement spilling onto the road and evacuate in a hurry.

The bus coming from the opposite side came to a sudden stop because cement splashed on the windows.

[Nearby store owner: It was a mess because it all jumped up to the front. (The store) I went inside. Even though the door is closed.]

At around 3pm today, on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Haeundae-gu, Busan, an accident occurred while pouring concrete.

In the accident, a citizen passing by the road was struck by cement and taken to a hospital.

Freshly made cement was hot.

Two times, the cement was poured and the whole area was paralyzed.

In particular, since there was a collapse at the construction site of an apartment building in Gwangju, the residents had to wash their hearts out.

[Accident Witness: Because something like this suddenly happens in my daily life. There were accidents in other areas as well.]

Police investigations revealed that the construction company had explained that there was a problem with the pins holding the formwork in place.

Haeundae-gu will issue a construction stop order for the construction site and check whether safety measures are insufficient.
