It is controversial that passengers believed to be underage were caught smoking in the bus.

On the 10th, a rather shocking photo was uploaded on various online communities with the title 'Is this a real story?'

In the published photo, three male students, presumed to be from elementary school to middle school, are sitting in a row in the back seat of a city bus, sitting side by side with windows open and smoking.

At first glance, these young-looking people were holding cigarettes through the open windows, and one of them had one arm fully extended out of the window.

In addition, they wore masks over their ears and lowered their chins to do a so-called 'tuxk' that did not cover their mouths and noses.

Netizens who saw the photo commented, "It's the first time I've ever really seen anything like this." "How the hell did parents educate their children to look like that?" "Smoking on the bus, I thought I was back in the 70s and 80s." He poured out a reaction mixed with anger.

Smoking on the bus is prohibited under current law.

According to the National Health Promotion Act, it is compulsory to stop smoking in public transportation with 16 passengers or more, such as buses.

On the other hand, under the juvenile law, minors who smoke can complete educational programs or receive guidance, but punishment under the current law is difficult.
