Lee Seok-joon went to the house with the victim's address on the 10th of last month, and it was possible through the hands of five contractors from three Heungshinso.

Lee Seok-jun first handed 500,000 won to Yoon Mo, a 37-year-old business owner, and asked for address information.

After confirming this, the police tracked down Heungsinso, which is operating illegally in the form of a point organization on social media.

As a result of the investigation, it was Mr. A, a ward office official who first handed over information to these entertainment companies.

Mr. A used the vehicle inquiry authority granted to a public official to impose a fine for negligence.

This address information, which was handed over after receiving 20,000 won from the Heungshinso, led to a murder.

[Bereaved Family: There is a problem that a person who lived on the tax I paid really harmed me like this. It hurts my heart and I hope that this person (official Mr. A) should be punished.]

Mr. A sold over 1,100 personal information from two years ago until recently, in addition to Lee Seok-jun in this way.

Heungshinso settled the number of personal information inquiry every month and paid it to Mr. A.

The amount that A has collected in two years alone amounts to 40 million won.

Prosecutors said the ward office did not have any security devices to monitor the right to access personal information.

Person A was reported to have participated in illegal provision of personal information after seeing an advertisement on social media 'recruiting high-paid part-timers'.

Prosecutors applied charges such as violation of the Personal Information Protection Act against Mr. A and three persons involved, including Mr.
